2SLGBTQIA+ Family Drop In and Story Time

New Program! 

This program will be hosted the third Saturday of the month from 2:00 - 3:00 PM in the Out on the Shelf Space. 

Please email programming@outontheshelf.com for more information and if you would like to attend. 

Each month we will select a book to read and have some time to read a story and gather families and children in the space together. There will be some activities and toys for children to engage with as well as one of the facilitators will be an RECE. Each month the book will apply to a different age group.

Book for June: Millie’s Wonderful Day with special guest Author Deanna Clatworthy(she/they)

For our first drop in we have special guest Deanna Clatworthy, RN MN, BScN  joining us to read her book, Millie’s Wonderful Day. Deanna is a clinical nurse who specializes in gender-affirming care, and is a member of the Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health.  For more information on Deanna and her book:
